For both the 1500 and 2500. The different classes really are a night and day difference and will require some planning and fore thought before a decision is made for which truck suits your needs. The guy I checked with says he had swapped 8 foot beds around from 1500s 2500s and 3500s with single rear axles and never had a problem.
