Baby Tummy Time On Bed
Put a toy or toys within your babys reach during tummy time to help your baby learn to play and interact with his or her surroundings.

Try tummy time on the bed Sometimes the baby is just not comfy on the floor. Note that with a squishier and higher surface youll need to watch the baby even more carefully. Set-up a soft safe space and lay baby down.
Initially newborns should be kept to a few minutes at a time for 2 to 3 times each day. Try doing this two to three times a day. Lie down on the floor or a bed flat or propped up on pillows.
Always hold firmly for safety. After a diaper change or nap place your baby on his or her stomach on the blanket for three to five minutes. Try to make tummy time fun and stimulating with lots of toys to amuse your infant.
But once your child is about 3 to 4 months old the amount of time spent on tummy time should be about 20 to 30 minutes each day. Talk to her in this position so she lifts her head and makes eye contact with you. Place baby on your chest or tummy so you and baby are face-to-face.
